We offer a conditional 7-day review window from the date of purchase, designed specifically for clients who have actively applied our materials in their operations but have not achieved the intended utility.
To be eligible for a refund review within the 7-day period, customers must provide concrete documentation demonstrating that the digital products were fully implemented and utilized as intended without yielding any results.
All refund requests are subject to a mandatory internal review of the provided implementation evidence to ensure the assets were applied correctly according to standard guidelines.
The final resolution of any refund inquiry, including the approval or denial of the transaction reversal, is determined solely at the discretion of our administrative team based on the evaluation of the submitted proof of effort.

Upon receipt, our team will execute the evaluation. If the request is approved at our discretion, the credited amount will be automatically issued back to the original method of payment (via PhonePe) within 5–7 business days. Please ensure all operational criteria are met before submitting a request to avoid immediate rejection of the claim.
